'beaulieu park' - contemporary town garden
As busy professionals with a family the clients required a robust ‘room outdoors’ style garden that was low maintenace and kept its cool contemporary looks all year round.
As a new build, the garden was featureless and badly overlooked. Use of large mature evergreen shrubs and trees combined with the bold curvaceous lines and forms brought focus back into the garden.
Using timber sleepers tied the garden into the traditional style timber elements of the building whilst maintaining the contemporary look. The pastel blue render was chosen to lift the whole design and match the local coastal colours.
